UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with experience designing products that are built using React Native and modern web technologies.

ROLE OVERVIEW

You will be required to:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for ChextrMD’s web dashboard and React Native mobile app.
• Translate complex medical workflows into simple, accessible, and elegant designs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile
2. Create designs optimized for React Native components and constraints
3. Build and maintain a consistent design system
4. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
5. Improve usability, accessibility, and user experience
6. Design dashboards, forms, chat interfaces, and care-plan workflows
7. Iterate designs based on feedback and testing

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. 2+ years experience as a UI/UX Designer
2. Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile app design
3. Proficiency in Figma or similar tools
4. Experience designing for React Native applications
5. Solid understanding of UX principles and accessibility
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with developers
7. Comfortable working in a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE

1. Experience designing healthcare, fintech, or SaaS products
2. Experience creating and maintaining design systems
3. Basic understanding of frontend and React Native development
4. Startup or fast-paced product development experience
